Wild Sage Massage Therapy Inc. massage therapy is scheduled by appointment only. Contact us anytime to discuss your needs with a certified practitioner. Appointments can be made online, over the phone and via email.
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice by phone or email for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, may be charged a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the missed appointment. Two or more missed appointments may result in online booking privileges being revoked and may require the cost of the appointment to be payed upon booking. Please note that missed appointments can not be charged to extended health insurance.
If you arrive late for your appointment, Wild Sage Massage Therapy Inc. practitioners will provide treatment for the remaining session time only, with no fee reduction. Due to tightly booked schedules, we are unable to extend appointments beyond the originally specified time.
Most of our massage therapy services are covered by health insurance. Please call us for more information.
Kindly arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your first appointment to provide health information and consult with your massage therapist regarding your condition. Contact our oﬃce for more information.
Please let us know if you would prefer a specific massage therapist that has been recommended to you or if you would prefer a male or female practitioner when you call to schedule an appointment.
Illness and Health Concerns
Kindly let us know of any health conditions, allergies and/or other concerns you may have prior to treatment. In an eﬀort to provide a healthy environment, we respectfully request that you reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing a cold, fever, or flu, etc. This is in consideration of your health as well as the well-being of other clients and staﬀ.
