We have seen an increase in last minute cancellations. Moving forward, any and all clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be automatically charged a flat fee of $50 plus tax. Two or more missed appointments will result in online booking privileges being revoked. These clients will also be required to make payment prior to the start of your future booked service. A late cancellation or a missed visit will leave an unfilled spot in our therapists’ day that could be filled by another patient. As such, we require at least 24 hours notice by phone or email.

If you arrive late for your appointment, please note that Wild Sage Massage Therapy Inc. practitioners will only be able to provide treatment for the remaining session time only, with no fee reduction.

Due to our tightly booked schedules, we are unable to extend appointments beyond their specified time.
